hi just wondering what the best herbal sleep aid you can get in uk? been using valerina but its about 50% effective, be especially grateful if its one you can use long term and if its one you have personal experience of thanks alot you guys are great x
I dont know much about sleeping aids, as I have only used one brand I dont tend to need them that much but the one I use is called Natrasleep from boots, an eyepatch (like you get on planes) and ear plugs!. Works very well and you dont get that groggy feeling that Ive heard of

Find out from your local health food supplier/retailer. In Australia I drink ‘goodnight’. Its great and all natural, and not that expensive. You might be able to get something similar. Good Luck.
