But with severe insomnia, you may have to be on meds like I am now. I have had this sleep disorder for 40 years. Ugh! Maybe something on my lists will be helpful.

A friend told me in Yoga class that they teach them to clap the balls of their feet together while sitting with your legs straight out or lying on your back helps.

Try drinking a cup of herbal tea, preferably something w/ chamomile and taking a warm, not hot, bath about a 1/2 hour before bedtime.

One technological way is the V-chip which has been installed on all new TVs for over a decade. Broadcasters have voluntarily put ratings on their shows and parents have the option of limiiting what ratings will play on their TVs so their kids won't be exposed to stuff that is too violent or sexual.
It doesn't regulate content for those who want to watch those programs but it allows people the control over what their kids watch.

well to be fair this is a demo and lamberts version is a fully produced rendition. i prefer the more raw and aggressive gaga sound specially with this version being so under produced. gives a very rough original sound whereas the lambert one is very over produced ready for a mass market. its like this version was never meant to be sold and put on the radio, thats what makes it so great
