    To be honest I had some sleeping problems until I started eating healthy and getting masses of exercise, now, I cycle 10 to 15 miles a day 6 days a week, and spend 5 days a week in the gym too.

    Believe me, sleep is NOT a problem anymore! ;)

    If anything, now, I regularly sleep 9 to 10 hours a night, and I get good quality, deep sleep too (the best for growing)

    Dr. Mauro Di Pasquale has some really great things to say about how diet effects your natural hormone output. I tend to be more prone toward using carbs as an insulin control method in longer cycles, but I still feel his ideas are solid as the correct intake of healthy fats can really effect natural hormone levels.

    This is off-topic, but what’s your opinion of Dr. Mauro Di Pasquale’s Anabolic Solution, he says that bodybuilders should eat a high fat, low carb, moderate protein diet to get steroid like muscle gains… (He suggests adding normal amounts of carbs on the weekend and restricting carbs throughout the week).

    Try using the calorie calculator at GIZMOFIT You will find it in the gizmo apps section on the yop link bar. Also, I would eat less fried food and amp up your healthy oils, proteins, whole grain carbs and vegetables. Boosting calories with fat should be done by using oils that haven’t been super heated (fried or cooked with). You can add flax oil or rosehip oil to cooked food or drinks and get a much healthier calorie jump, after getting a balance of all food groups

    A consistent sleeping pattern is best, because of how your systems operates on regular cycles. However, if you can’t then I suggest getting 8 hours minimum when possible. Muscle tissue growth requires the extra, especially when training hard.

    DEPENDS:

    open up a gas card, and a checking account. thats the easy way of starting off. make sure that ur checking account is never in minus. after a few months u will notice credit cards apps coming to ur door. i sugest sticking with ur bank account. they also offer credit cards. apply with them, as u have ur checking account as a good reference. one u have a credit card…make sure u pay on time, never EVER late. make sure that the total amount u will ever owe on it will NEVER exeed 30% of ur total credit line…BE ON TIME, BE ON TIME, BE ON TIME….usually following these steps the right way, will take u about one or two years, to have enough credit to get aproved for loans and stuff like that.

    also when u apply for a card–make sure to read the fine print–its usually the most important. make sure to get a low APR credit card. DONT pay all ur ballance in full every month. leave some on it…it shows ur bank that every month u pay, and still use the card. DO use the card at least one a week..as it goes into default and will get dezactivated if not used for long periods of time.
    DONT pay minimum payments–PAY DOUBLE OR TRIPLE of what the minimum payments are.
    DONT buy lots of stuff–just because u have the card. ur minimum payment will go sky high, and if u dont have the money to pay it next month—u will see ur score drop.
    DONT expect this to be easy- 90% of all of us around the world–have had perfect credit( mine was 790) i messed up, and bought lots of stuff that i didnt really need( tvs,ps3, beds, etc)
    DONT expect ur score to jump over night. it takes lots of time, and good thinking
