has anyone ever heard of the herbal sleep aid PHARMA KAVA?

Tuesday, November 10th, 2009 by

kava is the root of a south american tree, so it is natural…as for the pharma…I have my doubts…maybe its synthetic? try going on google and simply search for kava and you’ll see it does have beneficial calming effects on the central nervous system…but to answer your question I have not actually heard of the product itself in the sleep aid form (pill I assume)…but I do know kava itself is safe and natural

Yes I have. And I'm extremely happy it's back on the market. For me it makes me function better with a clearer head because it calms me down. I only use once in a blue moon but it is something to keep in medicine cabinet or a safer place to keep away from your little one. You need to let your doctor know if you take it. You can't be put under or take with other relaxents. That's why it was of the market. Try taken less then the bottle says. For me that's what works. If you feel like you could handle regular dose then add more.

Try easing the plaster (band-aid) off very gradually by holding the skin down either side of the adhered strip with other fingers and gradually rolling one inward on the raised side.
If you need to hold down the damaged skin to stop it opening up again, you can carefully use your lips or front teeth… provided you don't apply too much pressure.

Alternatively… just leave it on until it comes off on its own. Thats what I'd normally do with such things. Eventually you'll find yourself in a situation where the lubricating qualities of sweat naturally overcome the adhesive qualities of the plaster (band-aid) and it will come loose on its own.

Then again… I usually don't bother with such things as plasters (band-aids) at all. When I get a cut I wrap it up in toilet-paper and then selotape that in place. It looks crude and might not be water-proof, but it seems to stay on more easily, allows the cut to breathe (with enough toilet-paper) and forms a thick enough cap to prevent pain on contact without it being so thick as to be clumsy.

In case you're wondering why I call them plasters and not band-aids specifically…. I'm British. Just for the record.

Actually not much anymore. The people where I live are really into it. Plus we may look stupid because we're from a small town in south eastern Kentucky but we are smart enough to pay attention to politics and who will be a better leader and everything.

Did they speed this up for the official release? This sounds slower and the key seems a little different.
