Will women naturally try to sleep their way to the top if left to their own devices ?

Yes they do. I’ve seen it.

Any women who wants to get to the top is naturally very competitive and cutthroat. She will do whatever she has to do. As will men.

If shes single, and the boss isnt totally monstrous, then hopping into the sack for promotion is very very common.

Of course, she’ll tell herself its love and she has genuine feelings for him. The alure of power is subtle in its workings and women have forever thrown themselves into the arms of the tribe leader to win favour.

Personally – I dont think this is a bad thing. The boss knows well enough what her real skillset is like, and so will ensure he places her where she can cause no damage while the real business of running a company goes ahead.

The problems start when the woman realises shes been shelved. Thats when the whining and the sexual harassment cases start appearing. She feels cheated because she gave it up and didnt get ‘paid’ properly for it.

Are you suggesting that women need some sort of social restraint in order to prevent them from exploiting their sexuality.

As a previous poster said: that is absurd.

Unfortunately much of the competitive world favours people for advancement who have the least integrity.

yes, women do not have a moral and ethical compass like men do.

Thats why they should be indoctrinated from a young age by culturte, tradition and religion. Amen.

Yes they do. They’re not even conscious of it. How many women have you seen marry down? How many of those marriages lasted when she is the bread winner? Its instinctive. She could never look up to man like this, no matter how good he treats her. That in itself gives their position away.

    lol….maybe in the 70′s.

What happens if the boss is female?
How many men would sleep with her just to get ahead? About 99.9% perhaps?
Infact, lets be honest here….a lot of men would sleep with her anyway even without a rise or moving up the ladder…… so, does that not make these men more ‘icky’ than the women who does it? Just a thought….

A good night's sleep is defined in different ways. Clinically, it's 7-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep. "Uninterrupted" doesn't mean you don't wake up to use the restroom, or for a glass of water, or just to turn over. However, if you typically sleep without waking, waking up for something simple like this may make getting back to sleep more difficult. Sleeping less than your body requires, having nightmares, or being woken up abruptly by an external stimulus (loud noise, a person or pet) pretty much universally qualify for a bad night's sleep.

Batch processing doesn't work too well with Jpegs, the file has already been processed by your camera, any further processing is going to damage the image which rarely enhances it. When shooting in Raw you can apply camera (or even lens) profiles in PS, this is like a pre-processing, this not only recognises the camera model, but your specific camera from it's serial number, so you can create a profile for every camera and lens you own. Not only that, but you can create a 'Vibrant' profile or a 'Natural' profile etc. etc.. These can be applied to just one image or all the images in a file at the click of a button, Lightroom can do this too.

There is no such thing as a 'general' profile as the conditions you shot your images in will vary with light intensity, light quality, weather, angle of light etc. etc.

Honestly, most any song will have 5 literary devices. Something as simple as plot, character, dialogue, repition, personification…most songs have these.

If you really only listen to rap or something, and these elements are not present, pick any Thrice song and I can guarantee you there will be at least 5, if not 10 literary devices in it.
